 Mukesh holds an MBA in Finance from Rajasthan Technical University and has a strong background in the rural development sector. He has worked with organizations like SEVA MANDIR, BASIX, and the Center for Micro Finance for more than 13 years. His areas of expertise include promoting community institutions, financial inclusion, rural livelihoods - agriculture value chain and designing plus implementing projects around Agri- Irrigation &  Renewable energy systems. 

 Milan is M.Tech. in Natural Resources Management and has a strong background of working with the organizations around Natural Resource Management, Water Conservation, Irrigation and Renewable Energy projects. He worked with the WOTR for more than 10 years.  He is a founder of NRMS, which is working in Solar Pumping Solutions and micro Irrigation and Co- founder with the Groww Greens to improve the rural supply chain of micro irrigation, renewable energy solutions and Agri products.
